Terms and conditions of reservation
The reservation must be accompanied by a confirmation from our structure, and during the reservation, at least one valid credit card with the complete data of the holder must be provided.
We kindly ask our Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay to communicate us in advance during the confirmation of their booking, otherwise the hotel will produce a personal tax receipt.

Cancellation / Prepayment
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of accommodation. Check the room conditions before selecting it.
Free payment! All children under the age of 6 stay for free (sleeping in parents’ bed).
Free payment! Small and medium-sized pets (up to 10kg) allowed*.
There is no supplement.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival, requesting authorization from the relevant circuit.
*Pets are allowed only in rooms with balcony
